For the first time in Hull New Theatre’s history we are proud to collaborate with Tall Stories in a special live-streamed stage adaptation of Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s The Snail and the Whale.

The much-loved classic book will be broadcast live online from the Tall Stories Studio on Monday 26 October, 2020 at 2pm.

This wonderful production follows an adventurous young girl and her seafaring father as they reimagine the story of a tiny snail’s incredible trip around the world on the tail of a great big, grey-blue humpback whale.

Live music, storytelling and plenty of audience interaction bring the story vividly to life in this heart-warming adventure for everyone aged four and up.

This is not a pre-recorded video – anything could happen.

Although we are temporarily closed we are endeavouring to keep theatre alive with this one–off presentation beamed directly to your living room. Every ticket you buy will help support the work of both Tall Stories and Hull New Theatre.

Come and join the adventure!

Tickets are on sale to on sale now. Book online at www.hulltheatres.co.uk *Please note the Hull Theatres’ website will take you to a third party booking page.*
