Mama & Me Fitness is a group exercise class designed for pregnant and post-natal mums. Workouts are safe, effective and suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
Participants must have an uncomplicated pregnancy / had their 6-week post-natal check (10 weeks for post c section), and doctors sign off to exercise.
Bring your babies! In order to be Covid-19 safe and maintain social distancing, I ask that you bring your own blankets and toys for your baby, so you have peace of mind that your baby is safe and happy whilst you get the most out of your workout.
