Whilst it’s only been four months, it feels like a lifetime without the cinema. Slowly but surely, East Yorkshire cinemas are reopening, and the joy of movies is returning. Even though many films that were due to release have been rescheduled, there’s still a ton of great movies to watch at your local cinema throughout August.

There’s family classics, cult favourites, some newer hits, and even some guilty pleasures thrown in for good measure.

Support your local cinemas and watch something incredible this August.
