BBC Bitesize has released an incredible resource to help keep your children learning during the lockdown. Thanks to BBC Bitesize Daily, you and your children can access a range of daily lessons accompanied by a host of extra online resources including educational games, articles and practice tests.
A range of lessons is available for children aged 5 to 14. The lessons cover several topics including Maths, Science, English, History, Geography, Music and Art. Each video is 20 minutes long. The lessons are brought to you by teachers, experts and even celebrities. Take advantage of this fantastic opportunity and catch the lessons from 9 am to 11 am on Monday to Friday. You can watch them live using the BBC Red Button or view them in your own time using BBC Iplayer.
More exciting content is on the way. Teacher Talks, a brand new series, will accompany BBC Bitesize Daily and the BBC Bitesize website and app are also being updated, with new content added every week. Teacher Talks offers hints for tackling essential Maths and English topics. It also includes extra content from BBC Teach in addition to their Live Lessons series. Last but not least BBC Sounds will also release 10-minute podcasts to support children learning at home.
