What happens after I’ve signed up to Premium?

After you’ve signed up and set up payment successfully, we’ll send you your confirmation email which includes instructions on how to access your digital What’s On Card. If you’ve not received your email, you can view the instructions here.

Do I receive a plastic card ?

What’s On Hub Premium gives you a digital membership card only; we do not issue plastic cards to our members. We do this to keep costs down and means that each member can access their digital card instantly following sign up, without waiting for anything in the post.

Is there an app?

We’ll be developing an app soon, to make it even easier to access your digital card. In the meantime, you can still add your What’s On Card to your smartphone homescreen with our handy instructions: iPhone | Android

What does Premium membership give me?

Premium gives you access to amazing discounts at local places to eat, events and attractions. Discounts vary, but we guarantee that each discount or special offer listed for our members, is exclusive to the club. This means you can’t get it as standard without membership.

How long does Premium last for?

Premium comes in two options; a monthly membership for £1.99 which gives you the flexibility of cancelling your membership at any time; and an annual membership for just £9.99 (saving 58% against the monthly option, if you subscribed for a year).

How many people can benefit from my membership?

Normally, a maximum of 4 people per offer/membership, unless otherwise stated. Please check the terms and conditions of the offer you are interested in for confirmation of these details.

How often can I use my Premium membership?

You can use your digital membership card as many times as you like to get great discounts and offers at some of the best places in Hull & East Yorkshire. Just make sure you’re logged in on your smartphone or tablet and have your digital membership card displayed. The card must be active to be accepted at one of our partners; the wheel graphic must be spinning and the date and time within the last 15 minutes. Please note that an offer maybe subject to availability as specified by the Partner. Check the details of the offer in the offer listing.

How do I switch to an annual membership?

You can save even more by switching to an annual What’s On Card. First, you’ll need to cancel your current pass and wait until the end. We’ll email you 5 days before it does, where you can then buy your annual membership. See full details on how to switch to an annual Premium membership.

How do I cancel my Premium membership?

Your membership will automatically renew for each subscription period at the regular price. Towards the end of your subscription period (annual only), we’ll email you to remind you that it’s about to renew. If you cancel during a subscription period, your membership will continue until the end of the period but won’t renew.

To cancel, just login to your account and go to your Account Settings.
