After announcing 4 big shows and concerts last week, Hull’s new concert arena, Hull Venue, has today added two more shows to their already quite impressive line-up.

The Australian Pink Floyd will bring their UK tour to Hull this December, whilst Vampires Rock Featuring Sam Bailey visits next February. Tickets for both shows go on sale on Friday at 10am.

Hull Venue’s line-up is looking promising already with 6 shows now announced, all part of wider UK tours. Some of the shows are playing at large arenas and top venues like the Manchester Apollo. It’s certainly improving the entertainment on offer in Hull this year and early 2019.

The Australian Pink Floyd will come to Hull Venue this December, as part of their UK Tour.

Selling five million tickets worldwide and described by The Times as “The Gold Standard” and The Daily Mirror as “The Kings of the Genre”, The Australian Pink Floyd Show gave its first ever concert in Adelaide, Australia in 1988.

Since then, they have performed in over 35 countries worldwide; played at David Gilmour’s 50th birthday celebration and were even joined on stage by Rick Wright. TAPFS is the leading and biggest show of its kind in the world.

The Australian Pink Floyd will visit Hull Venue on 15 December – tickets start from £29.50 each (+BF).

Vampires Rock Featuring Sam Bailey has previously performed at sold-out shows in Hull but is coming to the 2,500-seater Hull Venue for the first time on 6 February 2019.

X Factor winner Sam will be stepping into the shoes of legendary singer and actress Toyah Willcox who played the part for two years performing over 200 shows. Sam will be joined on stage by creator of Vampires Rock Steve Steinman, plus a full cast of dancers, singers and musicians.

For the past 15 years Vampires Rock has played to more than a million people and has a growing army of fans who follow the show year after year as it tours in all the major theatres and concert halls country wide.

A tongue in cheek story, spellbinding cast, guitar gods and sexy vampettes take you on a ride through some of the greatest 80s Classic Rock anthems ever! Throwing just the right amount of fun and humour into his script ensures that Steinman always has the audience roaring with laughter. Including tracks from Queen, AC/DC, Meat Loaf, Journey, Guns n Roses and many more. Prepare for a night of mischief and mayhem!

Tickets for both shows go on sale at 10am on Friday – Available from www.hull-venue.co.uk and www.ticketmaster.co.uk.
