Craft Asylum #1
Visit Craft Asylum is located just on the edge of the canal, in the picturesque setting of Granary Wharf. Opened in early November, if you love hoppy beers Craft Asylum is the perfect place for a drink this winter.
Craft Asylum is a brilliant laid-back pub with an industrial chic décor and an obsession with craft beer. You can choose from 14 keg beers on tap, seven of which come from owners Salt Beer Factory in Saltaire. The other seven are reserved for guest breweries from across the UK. There’s loads more in the fridges, and if you fancy something different, you can take your pick from their handpicked selection of small-batch gins.
Craft Asylum #1 is the first bar opened by Salt Beer Factory, with Craft Asylum #2 opening on 30th November in East Parade, Leeds.
Dough in The City
Opened Saturday 17th November, Dough in The City by Vice and Virtue is fast becoming the new alternative, hip place for food, drinks and a night out in Leeds.
Dough in The City is a new independent all day restaurant and bar serving food and booze from 8am until 2am daily. Dough in The City provides a brilliant space that has everything, tasty food such as their Smoked Flank Steak or their gluten-free Tandoori Cod, excellent coffee, and over 40 different beers, premium wines and inventive cocktails.

Arnold’s Restaurant and Bar
Opened back in September, Arnold’s Restaurant and Bar is located at Merion Centre on Wade Lane in the heart Leeds near the First Direct Arena, is the perfect place to enjoy quality classic British cuisine.
Arnold’s is managed by the team behind the city’s famous Brasserie 44, and is a brilliant new independent restaurant showcasing the very best of Yorkshire’s fresh produce. But this isn’t just a restaurant, over in Arnold’s Bar, you can relax with a class of wine and one of their small plates, which are £5 each or £12.50 for 3. Arnold’s Bar speciality really is wine, with over 150 bottles for you to choose from, with New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs alongside French Chateauneuf du Pape, and house bottles starting from £21.50.
