Who’d have thought that at a time when everyone has to stay at home, you could still go to the theatre? Well actually, the theatre comes to you! Manchester’s HOME Theatre are streaming live shows and performances online throughout November 2020!
This week taking place on Manchester’s HOME stage and streamed live to your device, the performance of ‘HIGH RISE eSTATE OF MIND’. The story portrays the hard to swallow truths using grime, beatboxing, hip hop, live looping, and MCing. An urban story that tackles class, housing, frustrations, and inequalities.

Caitlin’s previous book, How To Be A Woman rose to critical acclaim and was a hugely popular read back in 2011 for its salty humour, relatable themes, and has even been described as empowering for some readers. Moran’s latest book addresses the interesting themes of womanhood, why there isn’t such a thing as a ‘Mum Bod’, and how sex got ‘so boring’.

Every Kid Can Cook Class

This next event is a free monthly cooking class that aims to help your kids get a taste of some valuable cooking experience!
During this monthly cooking class, your child will learn how to cook healthy recipes independently and will hopefully inspire them to love the fruit and veg that I so hated when I was younger! They will also learn fun nutrition facts and re-make their favourite recipes a little healthier! I know this is for kids, but I’m thinking I need to join this class!
